Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know more than 24 hours in advance so we can offer the time to another pet in need.
No-Shows
- Missing an appointment without calling is considered a No-Show.
- Three (3) No-Shows within 12 months may result in dismissal from the practice (no future appointments).
- Any cancellation or No-Show fees are the responsibility of the client and must be paid before scheduling the next appointment.
Fees (may apply when notice is under 24 hours):
- Office visit cancellation: $40
- Surgery cancellation: $60
We know that unavoidable situations arise. Fees may be waived with management approval.
